Job Description

• Provide on-site security services for a commercial real estate location in Ft Lauderdale, FL, including customer service, access monitoring, emergency response, and incident escalation.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, tenant spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations; identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Prepare accurate incident, observation, and daily activity reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Requires at least 1 year of security-related experience, a guard card, and a high school diploma or equivalent; applicants must be at least 18 for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles.
• Full-time position paying $18.53/hour; subject to background investigation, legally permitted drug screening, applicable licensing requirements, and the Florida State Security Agency License No. B8500287.
