Senior Analyst Compensation and Total Rewards

Job Description

• Senior Analyst role supporting compensation and Total Rewards programs from Boardwalk Pipelines’ Houston, TX office; full-time and office-based.
• Requires 3-5 years of experience in compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or a related HR discipline, plus a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, salary-structure administration, job evaluations, compensation planning, incentive support, and Total Rewards reporting.
• Requires advanced Excel, HRIS, compensation-planning-platform, reporting-tool, salary-survey, and market-benchmarking experience; CCP certification or progress toward certification is preferred.
• Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and company policies, maintain confidentiality, support audits and governance, and complete pre-employment drug and substance abuse testing.
