Job Description
• Senior Associate role with SitusAMC managing a nationwide portfolio of highly structured commercial real estate loans in Atlanta, GA; full-time position with work mode not specified.
• Perform day-to-day loan management, borrower requests and consents, loan surveillance, property financial analysis, and quarterly reporting through Quarterly Asset Reports.
• Monitor property cash flows, rent rolls, market conditions, valuations, loan-specific events and triggers, as well as capital expenditures, leasing, construction and overall property performance.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree preferred in real estate, finance/accounting or business, or equivalent education and experience, plus 5+ years of industry or relevant experience.
• Requires advanced CRE underwriting, loan servicing, treasury, complex debt and financial modeling expertise; proficiency with IRR, NPV, DSCR, DY and NOI/NCF calculations; and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Supervise and mentor direct reports, communicate effectively with borrowers, lenders/investors and sponsors, work independently under tight deadlines, and earn $85,000-$110,000 annually, with potential discretionary bonus.
