Job Description
• Senior Backend Engineer position with Bright Vision Technologies in technology consulting and software development, delivering cloud, AI, data, and enterprise solutions.
• 100% remote within the U.S.; full-time, direct W2 role.
• Design, build, operate, and optimize large-scale distributed backend systems, APIs, event-driven services, and scalable data stores.
• Requires 10+ years of professional backend engineering experience, significant distributed-systems experience, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Requires strong programming in Java, Go, Scala, or similar; Kafka; SQL; relational and NoSQL databases; AWS, Azure, or GCP; and expertise in observability, reliability, performance tuning, incident response, and technical leadership.
• Salary range is $100,000–$175,000 annually; U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply, but new H-1B petitions cannot be sponsored.
