Job Description

• Senior Business Analyst role with Gainwell Technologies LLC in the healthcare technology and medical claims administration industry.
• Fully remote position available from most US locations and territories; full-time, salaried employment.
• Posts and reconciles medical and pharmacy claims payments, resolves claim and accounts-receivable discrepancies, and analyzes payment errors.
• Gathers and documents client business requirements and processes, explores solutions, and communicates requirements to technical personnel.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field, or 3–5 years of medical claims posting and reconciliation experience; requires SQL, relational database, claims adjudication, Medicaid reclamation, PeopleSoft Finance or equivalent, FTP, and secure file-transfer knowledge.
• Compensation is $69,400.00–$99,200.00 per year; applications are due October 8, 2026.
