Senior Business Manager - AIML Product Strategy

Job Description

• Lead product strategy for Capital One’s Enterprise AI and Machine Learning platforms in the banking and financial-services environment.
• Define the vision, reusable capabilities, services, and continuous improvement strategy for AI/ML platforms in partnership with AIML and business leaders.
• Develop strategy storylines and materials for company-wide rollout and solve on-the-ground problems with business stakeholders and AIML teams.
• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 3 years of quantitative and qualitative analysis, at least 1 year of people management, and at least 1 year of project management; preferred qualifications include a relevant Master’s Degree and additional product, financial modeling, forecasting, and management experience.
• Location-based role in McLean, VA or Richmond, VA; full-time or part-time, with full-time salary ranges of $200,700-$229,100 in McLean and $182,500-$208,300 in Richmond.
