Job Description
• Senior Cloud Engineer role with Zachary Piper Solutions, performed on-site in Huntsville, AL, supporting federal modernization, cloud transformation, and mission-critical government technology initiatives.
• Design, deploy, optimize, and sustain secure, scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure for enterprise applications, data platforms, and DevSecOps operations.
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools; support CI/CD, automation, monitoring, logging, and observability.
• Implement cloud security controls involving IAM, encryption, network segmentation, compliance, and vulnerability remediation; troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues.
• Requires 8+ years of cloud, cloud operations, or infrastructure engineering experience; AWS expertise; a relevant bachelor’s degree; active Top Secret clearance; and U.S. citizenship. Full-time; competitive salary depending on experience.
