Senior Consultant, AI Development and Go to Market Strategy

Job Description

• Senior Consultant role leading AI development, deployment, product strategy, and go-to-market planning for homelessness-response work across Community Solutions’ network of 170+ communities.
• Build and ship AI tools, own portfolio technical architecture, determine build-versus-partner decisions, and establish privacy-safe local deployment for tools handling client data.
• Manage technology and funding partnerships, external development relationships, corporate AI programs, accelerators, philanthropy opportunities, and implementation partnerships.
• Oversee community pilots, feedback collection, governance, bias control, adoption and scaling strategies, documentation, and practitioner training while keeping humans in the decision loop and protecting sensitive data.
• Requires demonstrated ability to build and ship software using current AI tools across APIs, prototyping, data work, and the stack; model deployment, security, and compliance familiarity is a strong plus. Remote within the United States with required travel; compensation is $168,827–$191,848 for a contractor consulting position.
