Job Description
• Remote, full-time Senior Consultant/Process Lead serving as the functional expert for Yardi system implementations.
• Leads business process reviews, future-state design, Yardi configuration decisions, conference room pilots, UAT, data conversion planning, training, documentation, go-live, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Requires hands-on Yardi Voyager or related-module experience, strong real estate/property management process knowledge, and involvement in at least one full-cycle Yardi implementation, upgrade, or major configuration project.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; strong analytical, documentation, communication, facilitation, and training skills are essential.
• Salary range: $100,000–$140,000 USD for US-based hires or $120,000–$160,000 CAD for Toronto-based hires, plus variable bonus.
