Senior Data - Analytics Scrum Master - Project Manager

Job Description

• Senior Data/Analytics Scrum Master–Project Manager role for Rose International, working 100% remotely within Wisconsin; candidates must be Wisconsin residents and relocation is not allowed.
• Lead and manage multiple Agile/Scrum teams supporting ETL, data conversion, master data management, business intelligence, and data warehousing initiatives.
• Direct daily work, monitor progress through JIRA, identify resources and roadblocks, conduct quality reviews, and escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues.
• Requires at least 5 years in a Scrum Master role, strong data management and analytics experience, knowledge of Agile and traditional project management, and demonstrated stakeholder, mentoring, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Candidates must be lawfully authorized to work in the designated country; SAFe implementation experience is preferred.
