Senior Director Supply Chain PI

Job Description

• Senior Director leading BD’s global and regional end-to-end supply chain planning organization from the Tempe, AZ headquarters.
• Define and optimize raw-material, demand, production, distribution, supply, fulfillment, finished-goods, and service-parts planning across 0–13-week and 3–60-month horizons.
• Lead global SIOP/IBP, IBP/S&OP, and S&OE processes; establish performance metrics including OTIF, back orders, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and supplier performance.
• Requires more than 18 years of progressive management experience, more than 5 years leading a global SIOP/IBP with P&L impact, and more than 7 years managing supply-chain transformation or change management in complex environments.
• Requires a master’s degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Supply Chain; MBA is a plus, with ERP, MRP, advanced analytics, financial, strategic, collaborative, and servant-leadership capabilities.
