Senior District Manager, Neuroscience - Pacific Northwest Territory

Job Description

• Senior district leadership role responsible for Neuroscience sales strategy and execution across the Pacific Northwest territory, including Spokane, WA and Boise, ID.
• Requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sales/commercial experience and at least 2 years of direct sales management experience.
• Leads hiring, performance management, coaching, talent development, succession readiness, and change management for a high-performing sales team.
• Drives demand generation, care transitions, customer and stakeholder relationships, cross-functional execution, market analysis, and strategic planning across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Requires a U.S. driver’s license, residence in or willingness to relocate to the territory, up to 50% travel, and adherence to Healthcare Compliance policies; base pay is $122,000–$212,750.
