Senior Ecommerce Product Manager, Fulfillment

Job Description

• Senior Ecommerce Product Manager, Fulfillment at Floor & Decor in Atlanta, GA; full-time hybrid role requiring Monday–Thursday in office at the Floor & Decor Store Support Center.
• Requires 6+ years of product management experience in retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel environments, with cross-functional leadership and complex stakeholder management experience.
• Own and execute the digital fulfillment product strategy and roadmap across delivery options, service levels, standard/express/scheduled or white-glove delivery, BOPIS, and curbside pickup.
• Partner with supply chain, inventory, stores, logistics, engineering, CRM, UX, data science, and third-party carriers to deliver web and app fulfillment capabilities, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint execution.
• Optimize fulfillment through A/B testing, customer research, competitor analysis, KPI tracking, data analysis, and customer-focused delivery-promise experiences; mentor junior product managers.
• Preferred experience includes supply chain, retail fulfillment, logistics technology, or inventory management; limited travel required. Salary and degree requirements are not disclosed.
