Senior Estimator - Offshore / Oil & Gas

Job Description

• Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Offshore Oil & Gas Estimator in Houston, TX; this is a full-time, on-site role requiring candidates to be local to Houston and work in the downtown Houston office.
• Lead early estimating, cost budgeting, Basis of Estimate (BoE), Estimate Plans, cost models, contingency planning, risk analysis, and cost/schedule assurance for major capital projects or project portfolios.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project management, opportunity shaping, execution teams, contractors, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to validate estimates and refine material, labor, indirect, productivity, and resource costs.
• Requires 10+ years of offshore oil & gas estimating experience, Early Concept/FEL experience, exploration and new country entry knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously with limited oversight.
• Preferred qualifications include large upstream project experience, a Bachelor's degree, QUE$TOR or equivalent offshore estimating software proficiency, and Monte Carlo or other risk-based estimating experience; SOX control responsibilities may apply.
