Job Description
• Senior Financial Analyst serving as a business partner to the DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction Commercial team in a hybrid role.
• Lead financial planning and forecasting for the Joint Reconstruction selling budget, manage selling expenses, explain variances, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Deliver financial reporting, actionable insights, commission-structure analysis, recommendations, and executive-level communication to support business decisions.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close, SOX compliance, and finance requirements related to the organizational transition.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of finance, business, or related leadership experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, advanced Excel and presentation skills, and up to 10% domestic travel; CPA, MBA, CMA, or related certification preferred.
