Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description

• Serve as a strategic HR advisor and trusted partner to leaders across assigned business groups in a remote role restricted to candidates residing in the Central Time Zone.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance management, employment practices, HR compliance, and policy interpretation.
• Develop and implement people strategies and HR programs covering onboarding, offboarding, compensation administration, engagement surveys, training, recognition, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Analyze workforce trends and support organizational change, organizational effectiveness, retention, and integration of newly acquired businesses; domestic travel up to 15% required.
• Requires 5+ years of progressive HR experience; preferred bachelor's or master's degree and SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, or similar certification.
