Senior Incident Response DFIR Consultant - Engagement Lead

Job Description

• Lead remote incident response and digital forensics engagements for external clients, including malware analysis, threat actor attribution, containment, recovery, and evidence preservation.
• Conduct forensic examinations across compromised systems, networks, Windows/Linux environments, and cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and M365.
• Provide 24/7 on-call response, executive briefings, written reports, business impact assessments, and actionable remediation recommendations.
• Coordinate with IT teams, executives, legal counsel, insurers, law enforcement, brokers, managed service providers, and law firms during cyber incidents.
• Requires a bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in cybersecurity, or specified equivalent apprentice/certification or high-school pathways; advanced DFIR and forensic-tool proficiency required.
• Remote within the U.S., up to 5% travel; full-time; salary $100,200–$164,100 with 15% short-term incentive eligibility; employment sponsorship is not offered.
