Job Description
• Senior/Lead SAP SuccessFactors consultant responsible for Performance & Goals customer projects from conception through go-live in Atlanta, GA.
• Design and implement practical solutions for annual review and target agreement processes, including requirements analysis, cost estimates, quotations, and structured documentation.
• Lead a project stream, conduct German- and English-language workshops and training, and contribute advanced HR-process expertise.
• Requires more than 4 years of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals experience, relevant certification or comparable experience, several years of project and consulting experience, and business-fluent German and English.
• Full-time role with a flexible working-time and location model, individually arrangable home office, and willingness to travel.
