Job Description
• Senior Machinist role performing on-site CNC machining in Berthoud, CO, supporting aerospace propulsion and defense hardware.
• Requires 6+ years of machining-environment experience, CNC lathe or mill operation, programming-to-completed-part experience, and demonstrated critical thinking.
• Operates 3- and 5-axis mills, mill-turning machines, and live-tooling lathes; uses Hypermill CAM to produce prototype, R&D, and one-off parts.
• Manages cradle-to-grave machining projects, development hardware, reworks, part modifications, tooling/workholding, and shop equipment maintenance.
• Must be a U.S. Person and eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance; full-time, non-exempt compensation is $33.00-$44.00/hour.
