Job Description
• Lead the end-to-end development and operationalization of governed, scalable clinical and multi-omics data products for neuroscience discovery and translational research.
• Design data models and optimize Nextflow/Tower pipelines using AWS S3, Snowflake, and TileDB across proteomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics, and spatial omics.
• Deliver harmonized, FAIR, compliant, high-quality, AI-ready datasets and reusable workflows for analytics, modeling, and knowledge extraction.
• Requires an MS/PhD in Bioinformatics, Data Engineering, or Computer Science and 5+ years developing data pipelines in life sciences, drug discovery research, or analytics environments.
• Requires clinical data model experience such as CDISC SDTM/ADaM, FHIR, or OMOP; multi-omics experience; embedding/vector representation experience; and proficiency with Nextflow, AWS, Python, or Bash.
• Senior Manager people-leader role based on-site in Raritan, NJ; Spring House, PA; Titusville, NJ; or Cambridge, MA; no remote option; base salary $137,000-$235,750.
