Job Description
• Senior Manager leading strategy, development, implementation, lifecycle support, and global teams for manufacturing systems in a regulated medical-device and CGM manufacturing environment.
• Drive Digital Factory, Reliability-Centered Maintenance, manufacturing AI/analytics, automation, validation, testing, release planning, and go-live deployments.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Parts 11 and 820, electronic records/e-signatures requirements, and validated-system lifecycle controls.
• Requires 10+ years of manufacturing systems management experience, typically a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 13+ years of industry experience, and 5–8 years of people management experience; Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
• Remote home-office role with 15–25% travel; hybrid may be available near a Dexcom site. Full-time compensation is $141,800.00–$236,400.00.
