Senior Manager, Organizational Development

Job Description

• Lead organizational design, business transformation consulting, operating model, strategic change, and culture transformation initiatives for Dow Jones.
• Partner with Talent Management, People Team partners, executives, and functional leaders to implement integrated talent strategy and design future-ready teams.
• Use AI tools, emerging technologies, organizational data, and scenario modeling to improve diagnostics, forecast workforce needs, and mitigate transformation risks.
• Establish and support a Change Management Center of Excellence, including standardized methodologies, AI-driven tools, metrics, and organizational health frameworks.
• Requires 10+ years of progressive Organizational Development experience and a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR, or a related field; hybrid work in Midtown Manhattan 3 days per week.
