Senior Manager, Product Management

Job Description

• Senior Manager/Product Manager owning the business success, strategy, market positioning, revenue growth, profitability, and performance of an Aerospace & Defense product portfolio.
• Develops product strategies, roadmaps, pricing, portfolio optimization, investment priorities, business cases, and annual operating-plan initiatives.
• Builds relationships with aerospace OEMs, defense primes, government agencies, and strategic customers while analyzing market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
• Leads cross-functional teams and influences Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Program Management, and Business Development in a matrixed environment without direct reporting authority.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field; 7+ years of relevant leadership experience; AI-tool proficiency; and aerospace and defense experience is strongly preferred.
