Job Description

• Senior Manager role at CVS Health leading the strategy and evolution of a wellness product portfolio within the Commercial Product and Experience organization.
• Develop portfolio investment recommendations, roadmaps, business cases, wellness capabilities, partnerships, and customer experiences while driving measurable business impact.
• Lead cross-functional product development and execution with Sales, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, Product, and other stakeholders.
• Integrate market, customer, field, competitive, quantitative, and qualitative insights into product direction, positioning, packaging, and field enablement.
• Requires 7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, commercial products, wellness, employee benefits, or healthcare; remote or hybrid anywhere in the United States; full-time compensation of $67,900.00–$199,144.00.
