Job Description
• Senior MLOps / AI Platform Engineer role with Infopact, Inc. in Arlington, VA; full-time position paying $190K–$220K per year; work mode is not specified.
• Build, integrate, deploy, and operate AWS-hosted chatbot and orchestration services connected to Databricks, enterprise documents, vector stores, and websites.
• Requires 9+ years in MLOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, DevSecOps, or production AI application development, with strong Python, Docker, Kubernetes/ECS/EKS, AWS, Databricks, and API-based chatbot experience.
• Implement RAG and hybrid question-answering, document-ingestion pipelines, secure OAuth/OIDC and IAM controls, CI/CD, vulnerability scanning, scaling, observability, and production guardrails.
• Preferred background includes AWS GovCloud, DoD IL4/IL5, CUI, War Data Platform/Advana, Databricks Genie and Unity Catalog, Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK, Helm, Kubernetes, and Git-based CI/CD platforms.
