Job Description
• Senior Performance Analysis Engineer supporting Ground-based Missile Defense (GMD) systems and Missile Defense Agency (MDA) programs in Huntsville, AL.
• On-site role focused on mission and system performance analysis, interceptor effectiveness, engagement performance, and operational capability across threat scenarios.
• Develop and maintain MATLAB, Python, and C++ tools and modeling and simulation environments for the Ground-Based Interceptor (GBI) and Next Generation Interceptor (NGI).
• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in STEM, 7+ years of relevant experience, demonstrated MDA GMD program experience, and an active SECRET-or-higher security clearance.
• Full-time position paying $105K–$125K per year; requires MATLAB, Python, NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, statistical analysis, numerical methods, optimization, simulation assessment, and technical presentation skills.
