Senior Portfolio Manager Technology Banking

Job Description

• Manage and underwrite a diversified technology-sector commercial banking credit portfolio covering software, SaaS, semiconductor, IT services, digital infrastructure, internet, and emerging technology companies.
• Analyze credit information, conduct financial and risk assessments, structure and approve new, renewal, and extension loans within delegated authority.
• Monitor covenant compliance, portfolio performance, industry trends, regulatory requirements, and deteriorating credit conditions while minimizing bank risk exposure.
• Develop client relationships, complex proposals, presentations, cross-selling opportunities, and portfolio strategies that support growth and optimize returns.
• Requires 7+ years of relevant credit, lending, or financial operations experience; a bachelor’s degree is required, with a master’s preferred; experience with leveraged lending and technology companies is required.
