Senior Pricing Manager

Job Description

• Lead corporate pricing administration, strategic planning, cost analysis, spreadsheet development, budget analysis, and proposal development in a remote working-manager role.
• Oversee cost proposal development and pricing strategies for major and strategic proposals while ensuring compliance with the estimating system manual, FAR, DFAR, and CAS requirements.
• Develop proposal, business-capture, project, budget, and resource plans; direct personnel and financial resources toward strategic and tactical new-business objectives.
• Requires U.S. citizenship, typically 12 years of cost proposal preparation/development experience, or 8 years with an associated Master’s or Bachelor’s degree; five years of management experience is preferred.
• Compensation is $150k–$185k/year; travel to HQ facilities may be required 10–20%, with Chantilly, VA or Fort Worth, TX proximity preferred.
