Senior Product Growth Manager

Job Description

• Senior Product Growth Manager at Xero, based in San Mateo, CA, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement combining home and office work; the team operates remotely and asynchronously across the US, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Own product-led growth for accountants and bookkeepers by converting performance-marketing traffic into engaged, paying Xero partners and driving net new partner revenue.
• Analyze product, digital, and human-sales journeys; identify friction; form hypotheses; design and measure A/B experiments; and scale successful improvements into repeatable growth flywheels.
• Build segmentation and predictive models to determine whether partners receive digital-only, digitally assisted, or one-to-one engagement; support onboarding across agentic outreach, voice, and live chat.
• Requires demonstrated experience identifying a broken data-based experience, shipping a fix, and measuring its commercial impact, ideally in a SaaS or AI business; strong experimentation, analytics, cross-functional influence, and ambiguity-management skills are essential.
• Full-time role with an expected base salary of $162,400–$243,600 USD, plus potential annual bonus and RSU compensation.
