Senior Project Manager Construction

Job Description

• Senior Construction Project Manager leading complex new construction projects up to and exceeding $100 million in McLean, VA.
• Manage projects across pre-construction, design, permitting, bidding, construction, and closeout while delivering safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality and design standards.
• Oversee architects, engineers, consultants, general contractors, and Owner Representatives, including contracts, negotiations, bidding, and performance.
• Requires 8+ years of progressive construction project management experience; a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Requires proficiency with Excel, MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, Procore, or Autodesk Construction Cloud and approximately 20–25% travel.
