Senior Project Manager – Major Transportation Projects

Job Description

• Senior Project Manager role with Lochmueller Group’s Transportation Team, supporting major transportation infrastructure projects; position may be based at a regional office in Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Kentucky, or Ohio.
• Manage transportation projects through planning, design, and delivery while overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risk, contracts, financial performance, and client expectations.
• Support design-build, progressive design-build, CMGC, and other alternative delivery pursuits, including delivery strategies, execution plans, team structures, contract structures, and risk allocation.
• Lead pursuit strategy, proposals, interview preparation, client engagement, and business development while mentoring Project Managers, Deputy Project Managers, and technical staff.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, Professional Engineer (PE) license, extensive progressive experience managing major transportation projects, and experience leading multidisciplinary teams; DBIA certification and alternative-delivery experience are preferred.
