Senior Project Manager, Research Strategic Partnerships

Job Description

• Senior-level project manager directing multiple complex research strategic partnership projects across the academic enterprise of BIDMC and BILH in Boston, MA.
• Requires 5-8 years of related experience, including project management roles, and a bachelor's degree; business or healthcare management background preferred.
• Manages project portfolios, stakeholder priorities, issue resolution, corrective actions, audits, process improvements, organizational change, and project deliverables.
• Requires advanced Microsoft application skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access, with PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Full-time day shift, 40 hours per week; annual salary range of $95,000-$135,000 USD; influenza vaccination is required as a condition of employment.
