Senior Salesforce Test Program Manager

Job Description

• Remote Senior Salesforce Test Program Manager role with Cognizant, open to qualified applicants in the United States.
• Leads enterprise-level testing and quality assurance across multiple Salesforce tracks, applications, integrations, and Test Leads.
• Requires 15+ years of Salesforce testing experience plus expertise in test strategy, governance, SIT, end-to-end, regression, UAT, defect management, and release readiness.
• Requires experience with Salesforce test automation tools, test-management platforms, test metrics, defect governance, Test Data Management, and consolidated quality reporting.
• Annual salary of $95,850–$152,000 plus eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
