Job Description
• Remote Senior Scrum Master role with Eide Bailly LLP, supporting Agile delivery across U.S.-based teams and preferring candidates near an Eide Bailly location.
• Independently manages Scrum workstreams, facilitates sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sprint readiness.
• Manages risks, dependencies, impediments, budget burn, velocity, governance, delivery artifacts, deadlines, and Agile performance reporting.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience—plus 4+ years in Agile delivery environments and an Agile certification.
• Requires experience with enterprise programs lasting 12–18+ months, Scrum teams, Agile/Scrum/OST methodologies, stakeholder collaboration, and authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship; compensation is $105,000–$135,000 and the role is full-time.
