Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Onsite Role)

Job Description

• Senior, full-time, on-site SRE role in Springfield, MO; remote work is not available.
• Requires 4+ years in SRE, software engineering, or production operations supporting large-scale eCommerce platforms, plus on-call and high-severity incident experience.
• Own SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, observability, resiliency, disaster recovery, incident response, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and operational KPIs.
• Requires cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; expertise with Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK, Akamai, Quantum Metric, Tealeaf, and Jira; Java/J2EE distributed-systems experience is required.
• Preferred experience includes Spring Boot, Groovy, React, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible, search platforms, scripting, chaos engineering, AI-assisted operations, and self-healing cloud-native platforms.
