Job Description
• Senior Software Engineer role requiring 5+ years of professional experience shipping production systems; full-time and hybrid in Belgium, WI.
• Build production-grade software using Python and/or TypeScript, Angular or another modern frontend framework, REST APIs, MySQL or equivalent relational databases, NoSQL, Azure, and AI coding assistants.
• Work within a Spec-Driven Development framework using OpenSpec, SpecKit, BMAD, or Superpowers; maintain traceability from approved specifications through implementation and testing.
• Review and validate AI-generated code for hallucinations, security risks, architectural drift, edge cases, performance, stability, observability, and compliance.
• Operate in a regulated or compliance-sensitive life sciences/healthcare environment, ensuring secure, auditable outputs aligned with GxP expectations and participating in automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and architectural decisions.
