Senior Software Engineer - Go & Rust, Blockchain Infrastructure

Job Description

• Senior individual-contributor role designing, building, and operating high-throughput blockchain infrastructure using both Go and Rust; both languages are mandatory core requirements.
• Own distributed systems, backend services, APIs, data pipelines, observability, deployments, incident response, performance optimization, and continuous improvement from requirements through production.
• Apply secure-design principles, threat modeling, testing, and security controls to protect blockchain transactions, data, credentials, and system integrity.
• Requires 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in high-scale backend or distributed systems, plus deep knowledge of distributed systems, concurrency, databases, networking, operating systems, and production architecture.
• Global remote, full-time position with a compensation range of $171K-$214K per year; preferred experience includes Ethereum/Solana, Kafka, event-driven systems, distributed databases, cryptographic or custody systems, and cross-team technical leadership.
