Senior Solution Architect - Finance & Accounting

Job Description

• Senior-level architect designing end-to-end Finance & Accounting outsourcing solutions for prospective clients across Source to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report.
• Leads solution design, staffing and delivery models, benchmarking, capacity forecasting, commercial modeling, RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Partners with sales, operations, pricing, transition, technology, and client stakeholders to develop scalable onshore, nearshore, offshore, and hybrid operating models.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; 8+ years of F&A experience; and 3+ years designing F&A outsourcing, managed services, or shared-services solutions.
• Requires advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong business writing and executive presentation skills; preferred experience includes SAP/Oracle, RPA/OCR/AI/workflow platforms, and Six Sigma or Lean.
• Full-time role located in the United States; estimated salary range is $130,000-$180,000, with possible bonus or incentive.
