Senior System Administrator Team Lead

Job Description

• Lead the Senior System Administrator function for Leidos’s TENA program supporting U.S. Department of Defense test and training communities in an on-site Alexandria, VA office.
• Manage team assignments, bi-weekly meetings, task status, technical reviews, and a team of 5+ engineers/administrators.
• Administer Linux servers, physical servers, networking equipment, security monitoring equipment, and core enclave services including DNS, e-mail, Apache, Tomcat, Atlassian, and MariaDB.
• Provide technical leadership for on-premise-to-hybrid-cloud migration, infrastructure design, OS-to-application troubleshooting, and DoD network security tooling.
• Requires U.S. citizenship, an active Secret clearance or higher, DoD 8570 IAT Level I compliance, and a Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years or Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience; salary range is $131,300.00–$237,350.00 and the role is full-time.
