Senior Systems Engineer

Job Description

• Senior Systems Engineer supporting manufacturing, Naval Power programs, low-rate initial production, and sustainment activities onsite in Poulsbo, WA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, design engineers, manufacturing teams, and mission assurance/quality stakeholders to validate performance, integrate and test systems, and implement hardware solutions.
• Monitor product yields, identify root causes and yield detractors, implement corrective actions, and report performance and corrective-action plans in program meetings.
• Requires a STEM degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience, Mechanical Engineering experience, and expertise in Test, Electrical, or Systems Engineering focused on integration and testing.
• Requires U.S. citizenship and an active existing DoD Secret security clearance after day 1; onsite, full-time role with compensation of $86,800–$165,200 USD/year.
