Senior Training & Education Specialist - CRM

Job Description

• Lead development and continuous improvement of product training programs and education strategies for Medtronic Cardiac Rhythm Management products, therapies, procedures, and patient-care solutions.
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate compliant field and customer learning solutions, including eLearning courses, presentations, videos, tip-cards, and other educational materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, sales, service, healthcare professionals, and other cross-functional stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver customer and field training.
• Manage project phases, vendors, contractors, timelines, budgets, stakeholder communications, and continuing-education programs.
• Requires prior Cardiac Rhythm Management industry experience, a Bachelor’s degree plus at least 7 years of relevant technical training and education experience, and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; remote role with a salary range of $87,200–$130,800 USD.
