Senior Treasury Management Sales Officer

Job Description

• Hybrid, full-time Senior Treasury Management Sales Officer role based at a Fulton Bank location between central Virginia and Hampton Roads, supporting commercial banking clients with $5–25 million in annual revenue; Richmond, VA is the listed location.
• Market and sell treasury and cash management products across a designated territory, drive income and sales opportunities, manage larger and more complex client accounts, and achieve sales and profitability targets; up to 50% regional travel is required.
• Build customer relationships through visits, calls, virtual meetings, referrals, and cold calls; prepare customized proposals, close sales, and coordinate treasury-services onboarding.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related specialty, 5+ years of sales experience preferably in treasury management, and strong knowledge of treasury products, cash management, and financial markets.
• Certified Treasury Planner certification is preferred; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and must comply with applicable compliance programs, laws, regulations, and risk-management requirements.
