Job Description
• Lead complex environmental casualty underwriting referrals and ensure timely, consistent decisions.
• Develop underwriting guidelines, forms, and product enhancements while supporting EPIC, excess casualty, auto, and environmental contractors' workers' compensation strategy.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to underwriters; requires at least 3 years of people management experience.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent training, at least 7 years of relevant environmental casualty production underwriting experience, and advanced environmental casualty underwriting knowledge.
