Senior UX Designer

Job Description

• Own UX for Wisetail product areas and partner with the Lead Product Designer on Convergence across web and mobile.
• Research customer problems, map journeys and workflows, and clarify information architecture, navigation, roles, permissions and learning content.
• Produce detailed wireframes, clickable prototypes, annotated interaction specifications and accessible responsive interfaces using shared design components and design systems.
• Plan and conduct usability testing, synthesize customer research and product evidence, and iterate designs based on findings.
• Collaborate throughout implementation with Product, Engineering and other designers; review built experiences for intended behavior, accessibility and interface quality.
• Requires demonstrated experience designing complex digital products, strong Figma and prototyping skills, usability-testing experience, and clear independent communication; remote, full-time role with a $145,000 base salary.
