Senior UX Product Designer — Advisor Technology

Job Description

• Senior individual contributor UX/Product Designer leading end-to-end experience design for advisor-facing digital products in Charlotte, NC, under Vanguard’s hybrid working model.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction or equivalent professional experience, plus a minimum of 5 years of UX, Product Design, or related experience.
• Creates user flows, wireframes, prototypes, specifications, scalable design solutions, and design-system contributions using user-centered design, research, usability testing, and quantitative/qualitative data.
• Collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, Research, Analytics, UX Strategy, sales teams, and business stakeholders; presents solutions to senior management and ensures design quality through implementation.
• Financial services, fintech, or enterprise software experience is preferred; a portfolio/work samples are required, and Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship.
