Job Description
• Senior UX Researcher role at Fivetran in Oakland, CA or Denver, CO; full-time hybrid schedule with two days in the office each week.
• Plan, manage, and execute mixed-method qualitative and quantitative user research programs across focused product areas.
• Collaborate with design, product, and analytics teams; guide research methodology, question framing, and self-run studies.
• Identify emerging customer needs, synthesize research and analytics findings, tell compelling stories, and lead ideation sessions.
• Requires a strong research portfolio, ability to lead projects through ambiguity, stakeholder-influencing presentation skills, AI-assisted research experience, and familiarity with survey methods, analysis, visualizations, and SQL.
• Compensation range: $174,391—$217,989 USD.
