Job Description
• Senior UX Specialist / User Experience Analyst supporting mission-critical U.S. Coast Guard software modernization within the C5I / Software Yard Product Delivery division.
• Lead UX research, stakeholder interviews, persona development, journey mapping, usability testing, requirements gathering, and UX recommendations for enterprise applications.
• Develop and standardize UX research, journey-mapping, and requirements-definition processes within Agile/Scrum software delivery environments.
• Ensure universal accessibility and Section 508/WCAG compliance while translating complex Coast Guard mission workflows into intuitive digital interfaces.
• Requires a High School education and 6–9 years of experience or commensurate experience; must be able to attain and maintain a USCG Public Trust; hybrid role in Kearneysville, WV.
