Job Description
• Lead bakery-cafe shifts, report to the General Manager and/or District manager, and support overall cafe success.
• Develop employees, manage team performance, and build Panera’s Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust culture.
• Ensure extraordinary guest experiences and promote Panera’s Guiding Values and Behaviors.
• Requires proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment; 1+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
• Requires ServSafe Food Safety Manager certification or ability to pass, a valid driver’s license, age 18+, and availability for flexible hours including nights and weekends; $18.50–$21.37 per hour.
