Shift Supervisor

Job Description

• Lead CVS store operations and staff when the manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise, assign, direct, and follow up on crew activities while communicating effectively with store management and employees.
• Deliver customer service, resolve customer questions and complaints, promote CVS service standards, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price and stock merchandise; execute promotional, seasonal, display, signage, inventory, off-shelf merchandise, and POG department resets.
• Part-time on-site role in Kissimmee, FL, averaging 20 hours per week; requires flexible early morning, overnight, weekend, overtime, and urgent-response availability. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; retail supervisor experience is preferred.
