Shift Supervisor

Job Description

• Lead CVS/pharmacy store staff and oversee store execution, including opening and closing procedures when management is absent.
• Supervise crew activities, communicate with store management, and support store operations and performance.
• Deliver customer service, resolve customer relations issues, maintain customer/patient confidentiality, and promote CVS’s customer service culture.
• Price and stock merchandise, execute promotional and seasonal displays and inventory, maintain off-shelf merchandise, and reset departments following POGs.
• Part-time, on-site role in North Bellmore, NY; approximately 25 hours weekly, with a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, weekend, overtime, and urgent-response availability; high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
